We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to drive the selection, negotiation, and management of suppliers across various operational areas. The goal is to strengthen supplier relationships, reduce dependency risks, and optimize costs, efficiency, and availability.
Lead procurement processes, including purchase order creation and validation, invoice approvals, change control, and dual sourcing initiatives.
Identify, assess, and maintain relationships with suppliers while ensuring adherence to quality, regulatory, and performance standards.
Track warehouse operations, follow up on investigations, and monitor procurement-related KPIs to mitigate risks and uncover opportunities.
Design and implement sourcing strategies, operational procedures, and annual plans aligned with long-term business objectives.
Produce regular reports, analyze performance data, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
What we expect from you:
~ Degree in Supply Chain or in Engineering
~3+ years of relevant experience
~ Proficiency in Excel and strong knowledge of SAP for purchase order movements and stock management.
~ Analytical mindset, rigor, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
~ Fluency in French and English
